1. Data Handling by the App
The App operates locally on the user's Mac. The App does not transmit to, or collect on, external servers any of the following data:
- Photo and video files, and their metadata (such as EXIF information)
- Import destination folder paths
- App settings and preferences
Path information for the import destination folder selected by the user is retained, by means of the macOS security mechanism (Security-Scoped Bookmark), only on the user's Mac device.
The macOS notification facility (UserNotifications) relies on a standard macOS mechanism provided by Apple, and Apple's privacy policy applies to such mechanism.
2. Error Reporting
To improve the quality and stability of the App, the Provider uses GlitchTip (glitchtip.com), a cloud-based error tracking service, to collect error information. The following data may be collected when an error occurs:

- App version
Photos, videos, and personally identifiable information are not transmitted through this error reporting.
